This policy is established to provide you with a clear understanding of how we manage the data we collect through this website, with consideration for security and protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

The data we collect from users of this website is as follows:

  • Personal identifiers, including name and email address.

  • Business data, specifically EPOS Data.

  • Visitor-level data covers things like unique vs. returning visitors, geographic location (country, city, sometimes postcode level), device type (mobile, desktop, tablet), browser and OS, screen resolution, and language settings.

  • Session-level data includes session duration, pages per session, bounce rate (single-page visits), entry and exit pages, and traffic source/medium, so whether someone came from organic search, paid ads, social, direct, or a referral link. UTM parameters on inbound links give you campaign-level attribution.

  • Page-level data tracks pageviews, time on page, scroll depth (if configured), and internal navigation paths, essentially the journey through the site.

  • Acquisition data  which channels, campaigns, or search queries drove traffic. For organic search, Google Search Console adds keyword-level impressions, clicks, CTR, and average position.

  • Event data captures specific interactions, button clicks, form submissions, file downloads, video plays, outbound link clicks. 

  • Conversion data tracks goal completions, contact form fills, demo requests, newsletter signups, purchases, along with conversion rate by source and any funnel drop-off points.

  • Technical performance data like page load times, server response times, and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) is also increasingly standard.

1.4. Usage:

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide business intelligence and data strategy insights.

  • To manage registered business accounts for pharmacies and retailers.

  • To enroll users in marketing communications via HubSpot.

1.5. Recipients:

Data is directed to the appropriate department to meet processing requirements. All personnel are committed to confidentiality and non-disclosure by contractual arrangement.

1.6. Storage:

Data submitted through this website is stored on our secure information systems, as follows:
1. Microsoft Azure (Cloud Hosting).
2. Fabric from Microsoft (Analytics).
3. HubSpot (CRM and Email).

1.7. Retention:

We retain users’ data for the duration of the account, extending to not longer than 12 months subsequent to the last login. Upon account termination, data is deleted after 30 days.

1.8. Transfer:

Internally, access is limited to parties involved in direct processing. We engage the third-party providers listed in section 1.6 to provide for an excellent user experience.

2.1. Opt-in & Opt-out:
Consent is obtained at the point of submission. Users may withdraw consent or request data erasure via in-app options or by making direct contact.

3.1. Rights of Data Subjects:
We are committed to the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability. Responses to requests will not exceed 30 days.
